Full Nutritious Jowar Poha



Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion finely chopped
1 capcicum finely chopped
2 green chilli finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
1 sprig of curry leaves
2 cups mixed sprouts(kabuli chana, moong,
green peas ) steamed
2 cups jowar flakes
salt to taste
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs

Method:

Heat oil in a non stick pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds to the pan and let them splutter,add onions saute till translucent,add green chilli,garlic,turmeric and mix well,add finely chopped carrot,capcicum,sprig of curry leaves and mix well saute for 2 min and take off the lid and add mixed steamed sprouts add salt to the mixture and again saute for 2 min.Now add jowar flakes and sprinkle some water and mix well and again cook for 2 min.Now transfer the poha on to a serving plate and serve immediately with curd raita .
Now it is ready to eat the Nutritious Jowar Poha. :P
